Earthquake Repairs
With the recent spate of earthquakes in the Marlborough/Kaikoura region, we've spent a lot of time repairing homes and buildings that have sustained damage. We've developed strong working relationships with insurance companies and have the experience to work alongside engineers to assess the damage and create cost effective repair solutions.
Seismic Strengthening
We have done extensive Seismic Strengthening work in Marlborough since the Canterbury Earthquakes, undertaking major work to bring both old and recently built structures into line with the revised requirements. Using steel to strengthen an existing building is technically difficult, and we have the expertise in methodology to ensure the strengthening project is successful in protecting lives, while being economically efficient. We work closely with engineers and technical experts during these projects.
Alterations & Renovations
We can work with you to advise on initial costings for your ideas, be it a bathroom or kitchen upgrade, new deck or adding another bedroom. We have the experience to do this work quickly and efficient, while ensuring minimal disruption to the homeowner during the process.
